The Insight Leg Press Hack Squat has a self aligned linear bearing that has 45 degree angle of travel. The machine also has a dual function platform. It allows you to easily adjust back and foot angle. The pivoted back pad as well as the adjustable upper foot plate allows the user to easily shift between press and squat exercises.
